Grief & Bereavement Counselling

I provide confidential online counselling for adults across Ontario who are experiencing grief, bereavement, loss, or significant life changes. Grief is personal, and there is no single right way or timeline to grieve. I offer a safe and supportive place to talk about your loss without judgment or pressure to “move on.”

My Approach

I use a compassionate, respectful, and client-centred approach. I work with each person at their own pace and help identify coping strategies, strengths, and supports that can help them navigate grief.

Support Through Loss

I can help you cope with the loss of a loved one, adjust to major life changes, and make space for feelings of sadness, anger, guilt, loneliness, or uncertainty.

Coping with Difficult Emotions

I can help you when you feel overwhelmed after a loss, develop ways to cope with difficult emotions, and find practical supports for the days that feel especially hard.
