About Greg

Hello, I’m Greg Clarke. I have spent the last 40 years working in the mental health and addiction field. Throughout my career, I have focused on providing compassionate support to individuals facing a variety of challenges, including addiction, problem gambling, chronic conditions, grief, loss and bereavement, as well as anxiety and depression.

My holistic and mindful approach emphasizes the importance of understanding each person's unique journey, allowing me to tailor the best approach to best meet your needs.

I have a deep commitment to fostering resilience and promoting mental well-being. I employ evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, DBT skills. I believe in empathetic listening to guide my clients toward healing and personal growth with realistic and manageable. solutions.

I believe that everyone has the potential to overcome their struggles and lead fulfilling lives, and I am passionate about empowering you to take charge of your mental health and well-being.

In addition to my counseling practice, I am an advocate for mental health awareness and education. I have provided training for organizations such as the Bridge Training Program for Internationally Trained Professionals - New Life Centre, the Canadian Department of National Defence EAP Program, the Early Years Program, Children’s Services Muskoka, and others. I am available for speaking engagements and to provide training and education, so please reach out if I can be of help.
