Greg has been in real estate since 1987. At the early age of 20, Greg realized the value and potential of investing in Real Estate by buying his first duplex.  With a keen eye for identifying great investment opportunities and by building a network of proven and reliable resources, he has built his clients investment portfolios with profitable real estate acquisitions.  Greg is so pleased to announce that he is teaming up with his daughter, Stephanie Clarke.  She brings strong organizational skills, an exceptional work ethic as well as up to date social media skills, that will ensure that their work will get great social media exposure !  A great combination of skills -  whether you are buying or selling!

Greg applies his B.Comm degree to strategically market, sell, advertise and negotiate, to serve in the best interest of each of his clients.  It is no coincidence that he consistently achieves Presidents Gold tatus (prestigious top 5% in the Royal LePage Network).  His role as co-owner in the expanded Royal LePage Village, benefits his clients, and his colleagues by staying ahead of the market by investing in training and learning. 

It is Greg’s combination of academic achievements, 29 years hands-on experience and years of personal investment in Real Estate that helped him develop a roster of satisfied clients that keep coming back.  He takes personal pride in his empathy and patience dealing with seniors who are facing major changes in their lives helps simplify the process, as he takes care of everything, from A – Z.   His ability to co-ordinate with vendors who require minor repairs to their homes and having the knowledge to be able to call the right person to get the job done, all contribute to the added value he brings to the table.  Now working with Stephanie, they will be able to take advantage of the new social media world to help you find or sell your property.
